Ralph Waldo Emerson said "A man is what he thinks about all day long". I believe in this statement completely but my experience from the beginning of this year has taught me that if your body is not 100% well then thinking about achieving a particular task will just remain a thought. This is my second website as I had to shut down the first as it kept getting hacked. Colleagues have published their website while I was still struggling to get mine off the ground. Mentally, I did not want to go back with a particular website company to build a website where the learning curve would leave me exhausted and frustrated. Thanks to my friend Marcia Howard, I took a crack at WIX. Navigating through WIX was easy as I have a knack for working with software. But then my heart condition started to get worse and I was always sick and tired and the thought of getting janicelearmondcriqui website up and running was becoming just a thought to the point where I did not want to think about it all day long anymore.
With the death of my brother who died from heart failure my siblings insisted that I go do an angiogram. It turned out that my arteries were 70% clogged which explained why I was feeling the way that I did. I did the triple bypass surgery and my energy level has returned to some semblance of normalcy.
Today, I finally got back to designing the website. It took a while because all that I had learnt while navigating WIX earlier I forgot and I had to refresh my memory. I persevered and with God's help I finished it.
