ABOUT ME
I'm am passionate about empowering, motivating and inspiring people that I meet on a daily basis and because of this I was encouraged to do the Certified Professional Coach (CPC) Program with ICA, Australia.

I have gained experience as an Administrator, Soft Skills Trainer, and a seasoned HR professional. A dynamic motivational speaker at conferences in the Caribbean, I have been interviewed on tv and radio both locally and internationally about coaching.
My Coaching Corner Column in the Sunday Guardian is a feature dedicated to helping individuals build positive relationships, fulfilling lives, and successful careers. Through inspiring stories, practical advice, and helpful tips, I strive to help my readers create the life of their dreams. I also offer resources and guidance on a range of topics, from communication skills to goal setting to dealing with difficult situations. By taking the time to understand my readers and their unique needs, I am able to provide personalized advice that can help them overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. I hope to use my Coaching Corner Column to empower and uplift my readers, and to provide them with the tools they need to live their best lives.

I was asked to be the Regional Sales Director for the Caribbean, by Softskills AHA, USA. The shared vision is to help change the world, one soft skill at a time. The goal is to encourage people in the Caribbean Region to get their softskills certified so that they may enhance their opportunities in the workplace by attaching their certificate to their resumes. I am encourgaing organizations to ask for soft skills certification on their job ads as it will be the only way that the HR Officers will know that the potential candidate has the soft skills that are required by the organizations.
Besides being a CPC, I am a Certified Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Attended courses at the School of Business & Computer Science, Employers Solutions Centre, and Cornell University, where I completed a Certificate in Advanced Strategic HR Practices Plus.
In addition to my coaching career, I was the InterNations Ambassador - Trinidad and Tobago for 5 years whereby I hosted, once a month meet and greet meetings for the expats and locals who form part of the InterNations community. Am a CaribDE designate and was a mentor for one of the Caribbean Development Education Program (CaribDE) which was hosted in Trinidad.
